Jeffrey Willson contacted me (unsolicited) offering a HELOC. After some challenging emails, Mr. Willson said we were making progress (considerable lapses in communication from his office), only to learn in mid-July that my credit score did not qualify me for his product. Why was the credit, pre-approval not done initially before all the requested documents were sent? Not a very productive nor efficient process from my perspective.
