DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS DOCTORS As a fellow health care worker I will never use this doctors again. They completely dismay any concerns and are to be told that they don’t keep records of people allergies is quite concerning. I’ve been twice and both times I had to send photos never get a face to face appointment. The way the doctors send messages is beyond unprofessional. It’s a HEALTH CARE PRACTISE with NO CARE !!!!! amazing staff and atmosphere!! everyone is very lovely and helpful.
Front desk lovely lady wear a head scarf not sure of her name always working effectively and promptly Happy to have queries resolved. Very good GP practice all GP are very good in their definitely worth going to
Do NOT register with this surgery. By and large they will not take your complaints seriously. I have had abnormal blood tests for over a year and they have not given me a face to face appointment to discuss them despite chasing it up a few times, only had repeat testing, no explanation, no follow up. They will dismiss most of your concerns. They won't take you seriously. Like others have said, there are frequent misdiagnoses and quite frankly I consider them unsafe.
