Wish I could put zero stars. You fill in the whole form to try to get an appointment (for my mum), then get an email reply with a link to book an appointment, click the link & it says no appointments available, so you’re back to square one - the email is from a ‘no-reply’ address so they just send the link & you can’t let them know there’s nothing available & just have to fill the whole form in again (& there’s nowhere for comments to tell them why you’re filling it in again).

Called in to book a Blood test in advance only to be told that you cannot book appointments in advance anymore do you have to join the 8:00 a.m. Scramble for appointments on the day. How utterly ridiculous, I start work at 6:30 a.m. and I'm unable to call at 8:00 a.m, even if I was I did not want the appointment of the same day I wanted to book it on my next day off in advance. Affinity Care ? couldn’t care less more like it . 3 weeks calling to get a doctor appointment for a mobility problems. Still not got one . Can’t even get in a phone queue from 8 am , 8 06 am all appointments taken . Patches doesn’t work , no call backs . Now Good Friday and closed for bank holidays so cannot even attempt to try again for 5 days . Not surprised A/E is packed with ill people . Absolutely shocking service .

Thanks to the extremely rude receptionist Lyndsey who refused me an emergency appointment, I ended up in a&e due to fainting and hitting my head. Could have been so much worse. Impossible to get an appointment and everyone is just so rude and angry! Avoid at all costs if you want a healthy life as these just fob you off no matter how sick you are.
