Poor HOA management, poor build quality, poor home warranty customer service. Wouldn’t recommend Medallion to anyone. Now after failing to sell the remaining lots/homes, they’ve decided to put cattle on the unfinished plots of land to help save from the tax benefits. So excited to stare at cows and have manure smells from our $600k+ new home… NOT.
Stay away from Medallion Homes Carlos Beruff (owner) is not a good person will lie about the community and when get gets called out he will walk out of the meetings in front of the community
