The lease states that repairs are supposed to be completed within 72 hours. None of the repairs that I had were done within that time frame. I would NOT recommend!
The lease features rules about noise disturbances & repairs are supposed to be completed within 72 hours. None of the repairs that I had were done within that time frame. Noise complaints get ignored. I recently pointed out the concerning items in the lease to the office staff. I was met with “we are very aware of what is stated in the lease.” They know the lease backwards & forward but their actions go against the lease that they claim to know so well.
To much rules !! Not comfortable!!
Bed bugs and other critters, there’s always a pest control issue. Unfortunately even maintenance is horrible, the stairs and hallways are always dirty and filthy. I can’t even believe this is supposed to be a brand new property. The office staff is also very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s sad to see this place under this conditions so fast.
