I was a client at The Willows for 91 days, and I loved every second of it. I felt incredibly safe, secure, and supported in my early journey of recovery. I highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who seeks healing. I can’t recommend The Willows at Red Oak Recovery highly enough. They deliver excellent care and truly prioritize the well-being of their clients. The clinical team is incredibly thorough, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support. It’s a safe and nurturing environment for healing for women and that is VERY IMPORTANT. There are not a lot of women specific treatment centers, and I always recommend The Willows. I recently was discharged from the Willows. Overall, I had a great experience. I would however like to tell people that there are some things that they don’t share with you before you go. You’re not able to get a hold of your family for the first seven days when you’re there. It’s called a blackout period. If you really want help this place will absolutely help. Clinical staff is amazing! It’s not glamorous but everyone cares and is kind. During my stay I will say it was understaffed. I really got the support I needed and I’d absolutely send a love one there.
