The whole process took less than 10 days from first tour to approval. Carmela Cardenas is all that and more. Very informative and helpful walking us through all of the steps. Very nice homes and great community. Just an easy and pleasant experience.

Run away! This management is a scam! Charged us $600 more on top of our rent and wouldnt give it back. Terrible experience here.
