This is a great community! Everyone from leasing to maintenance is awesome. It feels safe here. It’s well maintained. Lots of friendly neighbors. I look forward to renewing next year.

These houses were great. It housed my family and I for the duration of our stay in Texas. The construction of the place seemed a little rushed in my opinion. Maybe I am just a bit nit picky but there was a gap on the bottom of the back door which allowed bugs and critters to crawl it. We ended up taping it down temporarily to seal it off and to also keep the cold AC air in. The master bathroom door does not completely shut unless you force it. Willows at Kendall Brook is a great community. We stayed in the five bedroom. I love the open floor plan, the two living spaces, high end finishes, ADT security, and lawn care. Maintenance was very responsive. For me, no carpet was great too.
