Honestly, I have received such a great experience working with Heather when getting my apartment. She is very Thurl, professional, organized ,very clear on her expectations and most importantly professional. Not one time have I ever felt like she did not want to do her job. Former resident of 3 years.. Apartments are dirty when you move in including appliances. It takes a long time to get anything fixed or replaced, maintenance is slow to get anything done. The trash areas are always overflowing with trash. Don't know what management does because you never see or hear from them. People speed through the development constantly and run the stop signs even when kids are outside and it always smells like weed.
