I thought these were brilliant when I drove from Cheshire with a pancreatic issue that my dog had, however I have just called again to go and see someone and was told 'you cannot just make an appointment' ok bye bye my money now I have to start again looking for a soft tissue specialist VERY VERY disappointed
We were referred to the Willows a few times over the last 10 years and I can honestly say they are absolutely amazing. My mini schnauzer first went for an MRI when he was a puppy, then he had an occasional 'limp', sadly he developed SARDS and he went blind and then pancreatitis which caused quite a few issues. We were referred to Mark Dunning who is simply the best vet. Not only his expertise in his field, but also his kindness and care when dealing at times with a very upset dog. Excellent. I had to take my dog there for emergency surgery, on new year's Day. All the staff where so kind, caring and understanding. My dog got excellent care, and they tried to keep the price down for me. My dog is recovering well, and I will be forever grateful, for the excellent care she received. Thank you so much. <3

So expensive that even if you have insurance this does not cover it and you still have a massive bill to pay at the end
