Overall the quality of the plants is great and I love everything I bought from there. However, the older ladies that work there (younger ladies are super kind) are incredibly rude. I was visiting from out of town, and I didn’t know my way around the store. When I asked about the location of the checkout, one lady rudely gave me a general direction, and when I got to the checkout nobody was there. We live in FL and I googled florists in the area for an upcoming funeral service. The woman who took my call was very helpful in placing the order. She did exactly what she had promised. The pricing was fair and I would definitely recommend this florist.
