We moved in last year, and just resigned another year long lease. We love living at the Willoughby. The front desk staff, porters, and maintenance staff are always so friendly, they go above and beyond to help us out. When there is an amenity issue, management offers quick responses and provides as clear timeline. We love the community events, and the coffee stations!

One of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff is consistently dismissive. Instead of helping residents, they often act annoyed when asked basic questions. Even worse, I have had several packages lost while living here. Package handling appears disorganized, and when issues arise, management offers little support or accountability. This building looks great on the surface, but my experience changed completely after moving in. The current management team seems focused on attracting new tenants rather than taking care of existing residents. Before signing a lease, responses were quick and friendly. After move-in, getting assistance became frustratingly difficult. Resident concerns are often ignored, communication lacks transparency, and accountability is hard to find.
