Upon returning to my room my entire bathroom floor was ripped up and my toilet was in the shower, they laughed and said they will get to it when they get to it.. another patient has very big holes in his floor which caused him to trip and fall. This place is being paid for by my insurance and I am extremely unhappy about this situation and would like to have this place inspected. Filthy! RUDE staff! ARROGANT PHYSICANS! UNAVAILABLE treatment team! Not for rehab " ok" for detox only. If you want food poisoning eat there. If you want a pet roach look no further. Ask any staff member anything and get " I'm busy"
If you truly want to be clean this place is not bad. Coming from the Willows and being in many other treatment centers I know for a fact that this is one of the best places in Florida. Yes it's an old hotel, don't act like we all haven't been in an old run-down Hotel while in our addiction. Staff is extremely caring and sweet. Besides one that I had an issue with and I squash it with her because I approached her about it. The other patients can get a little annoying but if your here for you then you can get over that.
Staff and professionals are very caring, staff will help you with anything you need.
