On 03/09 at 1:15pm the Receptionist was very rude & disrespectful. Only Called to get insight on an estate matter. She hung on me. Uncalled for and needs to be addressed by the firm. You Don’t treat People Like this.
John Williams and his colleagues and staff are an amazing and hard working group. Their professionalism partnered with their extensive knowledge of the law is impressive.
