These are the owners of stor quest self storage they are the worst ran storage facilities. Terrible customer service. They have bugs, water comes into the unit, they are not clean at all. They do not pro rate your account if you choose to vacate. All they tell is Sorry. Unacceptable (Highlands Ranch, CO location) One star given!
They need to fire The regional manager and manager that is in control of the facility at Hayward self storage. They have no clue what they're doing and they're breaking the law. And you might get your stuff broken inthem illegally. Put in locks on your unit and taking what they leave. That's why they leave the cameras off at night.
William Warren Group is a fantastic company and they are doing a splendid job opening two of our new facilities in South Florida. I would recommend them anyone looking to get into self storage space.

I rented from storquest on 67th place Gainesville FL for approximately 17 years not one time did I have anything missing out of my unit until this year. I asked for the picture and look at the camera footage but I was denied. Why should I have to file a police report when the company can just look over the camera footage. They refused. Then they want to charge me around $200 just to haul off 1 recliner, small broken book case, and a bag of trash when they have a dumpster on property.
