It’s very nice! Kind of weird to call yourself a hotel when there is no reception and no staff or service on location. More of an airbnb feel? But the room was great, location awesome!
Quiet and peaceful room in Boerne
I was in town for business. My room was pristine and beautiful. The bed was fabulously comfortable. Molly was great to deal with and when I needed a new hairdryer, one appeared within 5 minutes. Contactless check in and out was a breeze. Location in the heart of town near great restaurants and shopping. Would totally stay there again and highly recommend it!
I was visiting people in San Antonio, New Braunfels and Dripping Springs. It’s a wonderful location to reach all these places. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, stylish and roomy. Although it is a contactless hotel with more of an AirBnB vibe, the wraparound balcony, proximity to restaurants, bakeries, shops, and breweries and comfort of the rooms resulted in a wonderful experience. I was very comfortable here. I plan to stay here again.
I do not understand the negative reviews, this was a wonderful experience. I did have to deal with Molly several times and she answered immediately and was very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out and very luxurious. They also offer a common room with free drinks and snacks that are included which was amazing. Also, it is within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants and the City Park and Creek walkway.
