Tried to book an appointment online like they used to allow and couldn’t. Called up, was told to fill out a form and wait 1-2 days for a doctor to decide to give me an appointment? I went to a&e, and desperately need to be seen by the GP. not everyone can wait 1-2 days for a doctor to decide whether they’ll see you or not.

I visited the Medical centre last weekend to have my mother's ears microsuction.. my mother is 93 confine to wheelchair. when we arrive at the medial centre. The disable lift for wheelchair users is not working. We called reception and a lovely lady. I should have got her name. Advise us if you come around the back to the carpark she would come down to meet us so we can access the building. Big thank you to that Lady. Anyway to cut a long story short mum was able to have her appointment and is now hearing better.

Over half an hour waiting for an appointment… The centre tells you if you’re 15 minutes late your appointment is cancelled but if they’re late it doesn’t seem to matter? Badly managed, no updates on times etc and the waiting area is unclean, no sanitisers were available on the first floor and no one present to ask what was happening.

I'm giving it five stars now because the management team must have changed and they are paying good attention to the patients. They are very friendly and responsive.
