I would NOT recommend use of this firm. After about 20 months, I changed from Sawaya to another law firm because I was not confident I would win my social security disability case. In the 1st phone call to the new attorney, he spent more time with me than my Sawaya attorney had spent with me in 20 months. I had a hearing set within 2 months and gathered more information that my new attorney recommended in those 2 months than had been requested by Sawaya in 20 months.
