I brought a photo and told her I wanted my hair cut this way and colored this way. I am so unhappy! If she couldn't get it that light in one setting she should have told me! And charged me $130 for it. I will not be back! She says she told me it would take more than one time to make it that light. That was a lie because if she had told me she couldn't get it that light I wouldn't have allowed her to touch my hair and she charged me $130. Never again!
