Had a hard to insert earring come out but was able to get in quickly! Months later, reached back out about purchasing some new earrings and responses were quick, detailed, and very helpful!
I go to Kate for all my piercings, she’s the best. She takes the time to educate and give her professional advice and I just adore her. Plus the shop is adorable and she has great quality jewelry!
