Giving this 3 stars instead of less because Lisa did an exceptional job with my massage. Price doesn’t match the quality. George needs to work on his customer service skills. He misscharged my tip which I already put a generous 20 percent. He acted like it was a huge Inconvenience that he had to correct it (I’m sorry but that’s the $ I told you to put) they’re a little pushy to add that. People are very friendly, and massage was good. Was nervous based on reviews but had a great experience, similar to other "resort" massages. Massage room had natural filtered sunlight so not completely dark, but not too bright. Steam room and showers was a nice bonus.
Not impressed at all. So first off I received this as a gift and very expensive yes, the locker rooms are basically the same as they were with the other spa , older super tiny no room for privacy at all . A group of must been 15 girls checked in for their spa time and just overtook the entire locker room and we’re standing all around and just did not give me any room to get changed. Do not waste your money. Insanely expensive and the worst massage I’ve ever had. I had Victoria as my masseuse and she was blatantly rude to me and didn’t even massage the areas I asked for. Don’t go here.
Please don’t waste your money at this spa. It was extremely overpriced for the very poor service that I received. My massage therapist, I believe her name was Victoria, seemed annoyed to be there. Also her phone rang during my massage. The room was brightly lit and not even remotely relaxing. It was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had and twice the cost.
