I took my mom here for Mother's Day, and I will say, it was not a pleasant experience. The waitress was very sweet, and the hotel is a beautiful place, but the food was not good. The salmon was very, very, dry, and the lobster was overcooked. Unfortunately, my mother's steak, although we asked for med-well, was still red and bleeding onto her mashed potatoes. The service was slow and inattentive (sat without water refills, empty drinks and no food in front of us for 15+ minutes). It was not a busy night (Sunday). The food (filet/scallops) came out somewhat cold and tasted somewhat bland. Not worth the price for sure.
All around 5/5. Our table was next to a fire place which really set the ambiance for our anniversary. Very elegant place perfect for romantic date night ir any special occasion. The service was excellent and attentive. The food was outstanding. I have to say, there was a significant wait for the food but I wasn’t in a rush and it was worth the wait. I'm not joking when I say this was probably the worst meal of my life. I got a reservation for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend and there was a prefixe menu for $89/person. The menu looked great we were really excited for the meal. The restaurant itself is extremely dated and dusty. It felt like a haunted house. When we sat, our water glasses and silverware were filthy.
