I ordered this peonies and lilac bouquet for Mother’s Day. I ordered the medium size for 125.00. This is what I got. The peonies were a cranberry color and the lilacs were dead twigs. I called and spoke with someone who was rude but said they would check it out and call me back. They never called, so I sent them a text with the picture of what we received. Still no response. Total scam and the most horrendous customer service I have ever dealt with and I work in sales/customer service management. Ordered 2 specific bouquets for my mom and grandma for Mother's Day and paid $180 total. Got a call the morning after I placed my order from a lady saying that their card processing system is down and asking to send payment through Venmo. I immediately sent the payment. Just stellar flowers, the peonies are stunning and the people at the shop are wonderful. You can tell they love what they do! I am from out of state and was sent a delivery confirmation with the flowers and my sister in the picture it was such great customer service.
