Have been training at The Wild for about 18 months. The programming is awesome and coaches are supportive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I’ve been training here since 2019, and it’s the most supportive and down-to-earth gym community. The small group training style means you still get heaps of personal attention, and the coaches are skilled, encouraging, and always ready to tailor things to suit your body, goals, or headspace on the day. The Wild Movement is an incredible gym with expert coaches who genuinely care. The programming blends strength, cardio, and mobility with a strong focus on progression and goal tracking. I’ve seen real results and always feel supported. A welcoming, community-driven space for anyone (of all fitness/starting levels) serious about moving well and getting stronger and fitter.

The coaches, community and vibe at Wild are great. I do the callisthenics classes with Sam and handstands with Carla and it's been transformational. The small classes mean you get personalised attention along with a group of supportive peers. Wholly recommended.
