I had a nail appt today at 2 o’clock I called and said I was running a few minutes late… the response I got was ok I’ll let her know….I got there at exactly 210 and then I was told that she wouldn’t have time… I wouldn’t have minded if they would have let me know that when I called. My last appt was my first one there for a full set..and I waited for atleast 20 minutes before they took me back…. Not to mention that this was just a fill appt and my full set only took an hour so I don’t understand how it would’ve taken longer ... read more
Kendra is the absolute best nail tech! on top of that the prices are amazing, and definitely is a huge factor of why i picked the salon.
The experience was good. But one of my gel x nails fell off in under a week unfortunately. I would recommend getting something other than gel x because she was super nice and did a good job at the art.
