I found an advertisement from this law firm placed directly inside my mailbox, addressed to my brother, who does not live here. It was not mailed—there was no postage. Apparently a law firm needs a reminder about 18 U.S.C. � 1725, which prohibits depositing unstamped mailable matter in an authorized mailbox. The content of the advertisement made it even more distasteful to me. My brother is accused of a second DUI within five years, and this firm is apparently soliciting people in that situation.
