Loved my experience here. I booked one of their monthly sound baths without ever having done one before. It was such a great little get away from the outside. Will be rebooking as a little treat to myself.
Our couples massage was the PERFECT Valentine's gift and Brittany and Teresa were absolutely FANTASTIC! Not only were the massages wonderful, but the comfortable space and welcoming atmosphere also add to the enjoyment.
Spiritually, this place spoke to me once I entered the door. I felt welcomed and important. Teresa helped me feel comfortable, as this is the first massage I've ever had. Her techniques have improved my neck pain I've had over a month in that one session. I'll be returning for more massages and participating in some of the classes they offer!
10/10 recommend this sweet little spot. Wonderful atmosphere complete with greetings from sweet pups. Great massage, Kelly took time to listen to my health concerns and took them into consideration. Have already scheduled another visit!
The Whole You offers an endless array of treatments for your body and soul. I have enjoyed the massages, foot soaks and yoga. Relax in a beautiful environment with some of the most authentically kind people I have the pleasure of knowing. They are truly amazing.
