Owner is rude. Poor guy working asked for help and he made it a point to belittle him in front of everyone in line.
Well it’s clear that everyone sometimes has a bad day. But after looking at the reviews it’s clear that not everyone needs to deal with the public. I now see why so many comments involve bad experiences from the management. When you have a line full of people it’s never a good look to berate your young employees in front of customers. Plenty of ice cream around town full of happy experiences, my young kids don’t need to hear that mess
