Even though there was a large queue and long wait times the hostess was incredibly attentive and helpful with everything. Very Kind!
I normally come for the soup, l have a limited time. I noticed last time l came your system had changed from finding a free place and l would join others if they didnt mind, and state table number, stay for 20 minutes, but now you have to be shown to a table. Which with my time limit would not work. Why the change?
I love the Whitworth and the beautiful views from the cafe are great but sadly, I was disappointed with the food I ordered for myself and my granddaughter, quiche with side salad. The quiche was OK but lacking in flavour, but the salad consisted of dry green salad leaves with no dressing or the addition of even tomato and cucumber, which would have made all the difference. I think just that little bit of extra attention, especially for the 'salad' would have made our dining experience a 'good' or a 'very good'.
