I have lived at the Whitney Modern for several years and dealt with various property managers throughout my time here. I must say that Holland and his team are among the best that the Whitney Modern has seen. They are attentive and responsive. The building is also quiet and well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.
I really love WM and Holland is a fabulous upgrade to our prior leasing manager. (no shade) He is very responsive to emails and is great with overall communication. It’s a great place to live especially if you have pets or generally appreciate the natural, “real life” vibe of East rock as opposed to some of the so called ikea quality “luxury” downtown complexes. I had a very good experience with Whitney. In particular, their current manager is very nice and always on top of things (unlike the previous one).
