Sad to write this review, but we have been staying at The Whitney for our summer vacations to Boston/Cape Cod for the past several years and had great experiences, until our last stay in the summer of 2025. We stayed two nights on our way to and from Cape Cod, and it was a really disappointing stay both times. We rented a car that we planned to valet, and both times the process for valet was a disaster. I recently stayed at the hotel while attending medical services in Boston. The entire staff is remarkably courteous, attentive, respectful, and perhaps most importantly person. From what I observed, this is a first rate establishment, staffed with conscientious staff who treat every client with dignity. Perfect location nested near the parks, restaurants, medical facilities. Rooms are clean, neatly appointed. Overall a warm comforting atmosphere and experience,
Had a really amazing stay here for the week. Staff were really friendly, helpful and accomodating. Location was great and on the nicest street. Easy to get everywhere and have a nice little wander. Room was spacious and clean. Only tiny issue was heating on in the room, but it was always cold air in the bathroom which became a little annoying by the end. Otherwise a brilliant stay and would come again.
Amazing Hotel! Beautiful clean rooms. Love the old vintage vibes but newer and updated...clean, comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Welcoming place. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. Stayed during a snow storm to be near MGH... Super convenient! Will definitely come back!! Hopefully for leisure!!
