I worked with TraciAnne for years and she was always extremely responsive and then I was transferred to "Traveler's Service Center" which is basically the equivalent of your lawyer telling you to talk to the judge yourself. I went from 48 hours max response time on COI's to 10+ business days and 0 customer support. Anytime I'd followup with Whitmore, they just said to deal with Traveler's. I don't leave reviews, but this company should be better. Unprofessional condescending attitude. Received a letter in the mail regarding a policy I have with Whitmore Acrisure. Never heard of them, so called to find out if it was a scam.( You can't seem to reach Acrisure by phone.) The Man who answered seemed to either be lazy, or just clueless as to what I was asking. There was a client ID number on the form and all he wanted was my last name. "So, you don't know if you have a policy with us or what?" That was his response ... read more
