DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here for 2 years and I can promise you it is not worth it. There are way cheaper and MUCH nicer places to live around here. Here’s my list of why no one should ever sign a “lease” here (in quotes as most of it was not followed by management/maintenance) : - horrible maintenance, I had easy requests (e.g. replacing ONE lightbulb on staircase outside) and not only did it not get done for 3 months, it was marked completed. Been here almost 3 years and, for the most part, have had no problems that weren't taken care of promptly. Just have to understand that there's a lot of units for maintenance to have to service and sometimes there's a little wait. Communication is the key...and it goes both ways. New lady in office is nice, professional, and has already proven she will follow-up on issues. Thanks! My building is great and I have great neighbors, so that's a definite plus. Not gonna lie to you.. I’ve been here for one full term with my cousin.. I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here.. even if I weren’t planning on moving anyway, I still wouldn’t stay here another year… when they run you through the tour they are gonna show you the nicest apartment possible.. my bathroom has had mold on the ceiling since I got here and it’s only gotten worse.. roach infestation is BAD… the washer and dryer are absolutely trash and they won’t let you use your own.. when I got here my washer flooded.. they have y... read more
