Apartment wasn’t bad but now it smells like weed every single night, dog poop everywhere, apartments are outdated. The weed smell constantly is terrible though. We 100% won’t be renewing.
I was very happy when I first moved in. But all of the flooring has started to peel like a sticker all over the apartment. I was told I would be given a list of instructions from flooring company and a date they would come out. Nothing! I have been begging them to inform me of the every other Thursday pest control schedule because the building is INFESTED with roaches, which I keep asking them to come spray for but because I have a pet I need to be informed each time they come so I can lock away the cat! Lived here from 2020-2023 Please do not live here. There are so many better places in Central and Clemson. Management was absolutely horrific. The walls are paper thin. It was completely uncleaned when I moved in. They never fixed anything when it broke. Pros: big apartment Cons: literally everything else

Lived here for a year! It was a nice enough apartment but the management is horrible. They never answer the phone, are not always on site during their scheduled hours, and are all around an unorganized mess. Maintenance was decent and responded pretty quick. A few roaches but nothing bad. Good amount of space without paying a ridiculous price. If management could improve it would have a lot more potential!
