Not gonna lie to you.. I’ve been here for one full term with my cousin.. I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here.. even if I weren’t planning on moving anyway, I still wouldn’t stay here another year… when they run you through the tour they are gonna show you the nicest apartment possible.. my bathroom has had mold on the ceiling since I got here and it’s only gotten worse.. roach infestation is BAD… the washer and dryer are absolutely trash and they won’t let you use your own.. when I got here my washer flooded.. they have y... read more
Apartment wasn’t bad but now it smells like weed every single night, dog poop everywhere, apartments are outdated. The weed smell constantly is terrible though. We 100% won’t be renewing.
I was very happy when I first moved in. But all of the flooring has started to peel like a sticker all over the apartment. I was told I would be given a list of instructions from flooring company and a date they would come out. Nothing! I have been begging them to inform me of the every other Thursday pest control schedule because the building is INFESTED with roaches, which I keep asking them to come spray for but because I have a pet I need to be informed each time they come so I can lock away the cat!
