Worst service ever. Absolutely rubbish. Can’t make any appointments. Been asking for PRIVATE letter for over 4 weeks, despite 6 calls to chase it up, physically going in and still I’m told to wait! To make an appointment, only way is to physically be there before 8m, you will still find a que outside though and when you get to reception, they tell you NO doctor available to see you!

Just been here Apparently GP in a meeting Running very late First time we asked told wont be l9ng 20 mins later go & ask again stating not to tell me wont be long but how many patients away Got told i was being rude In actual fact i observed 2 previous patients approach the receptionist neither were happy & it showed Nothing was said All they needed to do was inform & update Should i have know there was a long delay fair enough Finally got in 44 minutes after appointment time & 1 minute away from leaving

Doctors phoned asked me to call back queue number 5 25 minutes later I hung up tried again number 3 in queue thought ok 32 minutes later still number 1 what the hell is that all about absolutely shocking service why are these phones not manned properly discusting wouldnt mind but it's always empty
