It was definitely about the location for me but the service from the valet & front desk manager made it such a good experience. Also, the food we ordered from room service was excellent! I’m admittedly very picky and we loved everything. Would stay here again.
We have never been to the Whitehall in Houston, but needed a place close to our daughter for the weekend. The location was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the valet parking and in their restaurant. Very nice rooms as well.
One of the best experiences I have had a hotel. The service was top tier. The attention to detail was top tier. The entire staff was kind and friendly. Excellent amenities. Excellent location. Cleannnnnn… Comfortable.. Will Definitely be back
