I loved shopping for my wedding dress here! The people who work here are so friendly. Megan was so great in helping me find the perfect dress!
Ordered dress October 2013 paid 450.00 down. I was informed by the Mgr that shipping date was end of Dec 2013 . Never heard a word after leaving a message in Jan 214. Never got a call until End of March 2014. Needless to say that doesnt leave time for alterations. They kept my money and did not help. Do consider other shops ladies this was a bad experience all the way around from the get go.
My daughter and I have had nothing but exceptional service from The White Room and the ladies working there. We talked with the new owners and they were wonderful too. We have ordered a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride dress, & the groom and usher tux - the whole package and we have been very happy. I had to visit the store looking for a special occasion formal dress. The customer service, after the sales person had her boyfriend/friend leave, was wonderful, very helpful and attentive to my needs. I was disappointed with the selection in formal wear. It wasn't even prom season but yet most of the dresses were extremely fluffy bright prom dresses which is opposite what I was looking for.
