I didn't like my experience with TWP. The initial experience was good, but after paying the design fee, the follow-ups were poor, the initiative for the communication was always from my side. The initial estimate price was less than half of the price when joineries were involved, so it looks like a huge gap of experience working with the joineries that they initially mentioned to us (Maybe they didn't work much on whole projects, or maybe it is a lack of experience by who had the initial conversation with us, anyways, my ini... read more
