The White Piano is lovely. The owner, Adela does everything she can for her residents. She makes sure she provides the utmost care and does her best to create a positive living environment for everyone. The home is very clean and everyone has their own private room. In the evenings, Adela and her staff make home cooked meals for their residents and they do “family dinner” to promote community within the home, it’s really sweet. The commitment and dedication of the owner translates to truly excellent care provided to the residents. The level of care and service provided to my mother in law exceeded my high expectations. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They are very responsive to their residents and family members, and easy to reach. It is apparent that they truly care about their residents.
We were really glad to have found The White Piano for my mother-in-law. She was there for years with zero issues, and they really offered her a peaceful environment while meeting all of her needs. We never had anything to worry about while she was there, which I think is the whole point. Especially as COVID was becoming a problem, they’d always stay in touch with us and let us know all the precautions they were taking to keep everyone safe, which was reassuring. Care is great but that's it. Not as advertised. If you dont care about your families care except basic it would work. Not very personable.
