We went this past Saturday to White Magnolia bridal boutique in Jacksonville. My niece (the bride) was looking for something very specific. Gabriella and her team were amazing. My niece found the dress of her dreams. Gabriella made the whole experience absolutely perfect!!!
I had the most fabulous experience at The White Magnolia! I showed the girls my vision, and it instantly came to life! It was my first day even looking for wedding dresses, and I walked out having ordered my dream dress that had been saved on my Pinterest board for years! All the girls here are so nice and welcoming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I am so thankful for such an amazing, joyful, and special experience here.
Bailey was so sweet and helped me find the perfect dress! All the girls were super nice and helped me set up cleaning and preservation after the wedding.
BUYER BEWARE!! Don’t waste your time! My fiancé and I were ripped off! We spent $4,000 here and they are hiring unqualified people. Gabi measured her twice and when the dress came in we found it was more than 2 sizes too small!! My fiancé was in tears! I had a really disappointing experience at White Magnolia Bridal in Jacksonville. From the start, the environment felt far more high-pressure than celebratory. Instead of feeling supported and excited, I felt rushed and subtly pushed toward making a decision, even though I wasn’t connecting with any of the dresses. There were also several policies and interactions that made the experience uncomfortable.
