Wonderful Sunday roast in a beautiful location friendly staff we would highly recommend this pub
Great village pub in rural location above the Meon Valley serving good unpretentious food with small but good range of beer (2 local real ales on hand pump as well as Doom Bar). Served tasty pork Milanese (effectively pork schnitzel) and homemade pie of the day. Cosy bar areas (front and back bar) and restaurant area. Comfy bed in room and great shower
Excellent Sunday roast. Tender meat, good portion, good choice of veg, piping hot with a large jug of gravy. Rounded off with a very tasty blackberry and apple crumble. Pleasant staff. Best pub roast for a long time.
