BEDBUGS. Zero apology. Zero refund. I found bedbugs in my room (room #5) and the owner didn’t offer a single bit of help. No concern, no responsibility — just pure rudeness and dismissal. Easily the worst motel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid the White Horse Motel at all costs.
Our check out time was 11:00AM, these horrible people started knocking our door at 9:30, and a lady with short hair who works at reception opened our door while we were sleeping. Very horrific experience. They again knocked our door around 10AM. And even before 11:00AM (Check out time). They were standing in front of our door with a mop bucket. Worst experience. These people deserve 0 start. Worst experience.
All I needed was a comfortable place to stay. It was the perfect match
