This was worth every penny! JD was informative and funny, and he definitely knows his stuff. The tasting method he taught will change the way you enjoy whiskey!
Not only was it an informative class, it was fun as well. 3 (2 out of 3 are bartenders) of us sat down for the presentation thinking we knew our stuff! We are wrong!! Lol. The information given to us was "top shelf". I was reluctant to go to the class because who wants to learn while they are in Vegas?! But I am glad I went. We laughed, joked, tasted some magnificent beverages and retaught our pallets to identify what we like and why we like it. The best lesson learned was the least obvious.
