In a country where published prices don't mean anything, you have to add taxes and gratuity. We knew that and reluctantly accept the practice. We hosted our rehearsal dinner at The Whelk and it was perfect. Our guests raved about the delicious food and cocktails. Ingrid and Donna were a pleasure to work with when it came to planning this special evening. We will definitely be back!
