Exceptional experience. I was only in Calgary briefly and stopped in for what I thought would be a quick visit, but Todd and Jen went above and beyond. With only a phantom squeak to go off, Todd gave my bike a thorough inspection, caught things my own mechanic overlooked, and took the time to walk me through the adjustments and suggestions based on my body and riding style without ever being pushy. I have gone through the process of two custom builds with them and I have been exceptionally pleased with the level of service that is provided.
