Purchased a bike from here on the advice of staff. It's an awesome bike but due to some physical issues the bike was hard to ride in the way it was set up. Took it in, explained my issues and my thoughts on solutions. Todd listened attentively, and made me feel supported and understood. He explained a few solutions based on his expertise and expressed why some of my ideas wouldn't work in a non-condescending fashion. They changed the setup of my bike in a timely manner. My journey with The Wheelhouse has been so exceptional. I feel like I'm part of something special! Excellent range of products, top notch. I am an overseas returning online client, who really appreciates the inventory of this shop, and the online interface. I wish more can be done in time efficiency and replies online. I understand that processing takes the time it takes, but a week (at best) to dispatch an order is on the more relaxed approach ...to put it gently....especially when selling premium products at a premium price...( not complaining, just pointing out).
