Excellent and timely service!
Wonderful service. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a boat stop at Wheelhouse first.
Mercury replacement parts are currently hard to find. They were the only store that had the part I needed to get my boat back running. They could not have been more helpful, even though they are not really a parts store. Giving the level of customer service I received to a one-time phone customer shows a real dedication to customer satisfaction. Could not recommend more highly.
Absolutely incredible guys. I have never owned a boat before, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Dropped my boat in the water about a half mile from my slip. Took time and showed me everything I needed to know. Visited a few places before Wheelhouse and they didn’t give us the time of day. Definitely check these guys out before shopping anywhere else
3 times I have attempted to do business with them, once over the phone and twice in person and all 3 times they are very arrogant and acted like I was some kind of idiot, I will find a friendlier place to spend my money!
