From the very start, we knew we made the right choice. I sent Brandon a message on FB and he responded immediately. He had me take pictures of the staircase and where we wanted to install the lift. This is the best provider! I visited THE WHEEL CHAIR PLACE in August. My friends were searching with their minds and hearts. The owner made them feel at ease. Ashley Cucina’s personal & very experienced manner answered their questions with top notch research and trends. Yes, I highly recommend this company.

They researched and found us the store in Hickory,NC and called them to see if they had what we needed and they did! The Hickory store quoted us a price and we arranged to go there when we returned home from vacation. We ended up buying two recliners and we love them! The staff there were very attentive to our needs and easy to work with. Customer servi... read more
Really nice people. Purchased a Rascal Carbon Cruiser and was able to stop in and try the power chair before I bought it. Great price too! I would recommend this store to anybody.
The Wheelchair Place in Hickory is an excellent store. Ashley has worked with us several times to ensure we have just what we need for mobility. She is patient and attentive and recommends various options based on your needs. She even offered to transfer a product from their Asheville store so that we could try it out. Check them out! They know their stuff.
