From the very start, we knew we made the right choice. I sent Brandon a message on FB and he responded immediately. He had me take pictures of the staircase and where we wanted to install the lift. We spent about 45 minutes on the phone and Brandon was confident we were making the right choice. We ended up with the Pinnacle Stairlift SL600. Brandon and Ashley could not have been more helpful. We shopped multiple vendors for a motorized wheelchair, and this was the only staff we found who were more committed to finding the right chair for my husband than making the most profit from the transaction. We are most grateful for their kindness and their thorough knowledge of their products.
The Wheelchair Place in Hickory is an excellent store. Ashley has worked with us several times to ensure we have just what we need for mobility. She is patient and attentive and recommends various options based on your needs. She even offered to transfer a product from their Asheville store so that we could try it out. Check them out! They know their stuff.
EXTREMELY good service. Ashley is very knowledgeable and helpful. We came in with my father Kenneth to get a scooter and couldn't be more satisfied. We have found a friend for life!
I was out shopping with my mom when I seen a lady unloading an electric wheelchair out of the trunk of her car- with ease! As I walked by her I had asked her if she could give me some information on the chair. She recommended The Wheelchair Place to us. I am so glad she did! We stopped by their showroom to look.
