I went in today about a low tyre pressure concern after driving 2 hrs to Melbourne, Mada assisted me, it was quick and genuine. He was so sweet and didn’t charge anything because they didn’t need to repair any. I would really recommend going in.
Worst customer service, rang to buy some wheels, said they would get back to me availability, they didn't. So I called them left me on hold for 21minutes only to tell me they would get back to me. Then try to sell me hussler wheels at a inflated price.

After a 1.5 hour drive on my way to a wedding today, a massive bolt punctured my front tyre. I drove into the Wheel Gallery - the first place I could find - and I am so glad I did. They squeezed me in even though it was evident they were busy - they even got me a coffee! It is incredibly telling how a business is by how they treat you even when there’s not much in it for them - the repair only cost me $45 - but the service was amazing and they made a stressful situation actually nice!
