Rude! Except one young fella! Even bought me a really good coffee! The rest of the staff treat you like its a hassle to serve you! 2 bar staff both young and both too intrigued in there phones on the back bench or desk to notice 2 people waiting to be served! Definitely won't be going back! It used to be a good pub! Even some tall Dave guy, who is a regular treated me like crap and made me feel unwelcome in the bar!

The Wharf Hotel – Wynyard, TAS A standout example of country hospitality with city-quality cuisine. We enjoyed the lamb roast dinner in the café bistro area, and it was nothing short of exceptional—tender, perfectly cooked, and served with a rich caramelised sauce that added real depth of flavour. While the setting was relaxed and informal, the meal itself could easily rival dishes from top-tier restaurants in major cities. It’s the kind of experience that showcases the pride and talent found in Tasmania’s local communities.

We could not have asked for anymore. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The food was exceptional. Totally enjoyed our stay under very difficult personal circumstances. Thankyou
