If i could leave a negative zero star review i would! This so called law firm is a complete joke when trying to get someone to answer a phone. Their lack of communication really sucks. This law firm very unprofessional you can never when I say never get I touch with anyone in the office this goes for your atty or the receptionist or paralegal totally disappointing. The way this law firm operates is a complete joke. My father and I have had an on going case for about 3 years now for a simple car accident and the case is yet to be closed or even progressed. Last time we met about the case was on a zoom call, and I witnessed our lawyer vaping several times on the call which I find very unprofessional. I called for a consultation and my lawyer made me cry
The Whaley law firm started to represent me 3 years ago and yet to close the case. The past seven months there has been no contact from them. I called and left several messages and no one will return my messages. I'm now starting to receive medical bills that were supposed to be paid through them by the insurance company. I am very disappointed in the service from this law firm and wonder if this the way that they practice.
