I lived here for almost a year and the Manager Rebecca is professional and kind always listening and making my life so much better living here at the Wexler. Also Gorge the lead maintenance is fast to fix my work orders , kind and professional, Thank you so much Rebecca and Gorge for everything I will be recommending The Wexlers Apt to all my friends and family xoxoxo
Great family place. Gated apartment complex. Responsive maintenance team. Security cameras. Clean and serene environment. Yes, nice and friendly neighbours with great managers! Moved in 2022, and there's been no problems since! 'love the place! 👍😊
They'll take your deposit to hold the unit and promise you a monthly rate then completely fall off the earth. Their excuse is "our internet is down". They increase the rent exponentially and say it's bc someone else was approved for your unit. Yeah, its cheaper than most but there are rodent droppings everywhere, you can smell the urine in the units and there are leaks all around the exterior of the building.
