I had a problem with a toilet cistern overflowing into the pan, resulting in a lot of wasted water. Iain Jackson came the day after I reported it to him and he fixed it for a acceptable cost. Previously, a local plumber had turned the job down as being too difficult.
I’ve been dealing with The Wetroom/Jackson Plumbing for around twenty years, boiler installation and maintenance, new bathroom and general plumbing needs. They have always provided first rate service.

We can’t recommend this company highly enough. We wanted a wet room that was stylish and could accommodate my wife’s mobility problems. Ian Jackson spent four hours with us listening to what we wanted, suggesting other options and coming up with a design that we liked. His fitters arrived on time and were incredibly hardworking. They kept disruption to a minimum and each day left the working area clean and tidy. We are absolutely delighted with the completed project and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Failing PCB replaced the same day that it was reported, excellent service!
